Was Charlene Abused By 100 Men Before Being Murdered ???

Police have appealed again for help to solve the killings of two teenagers they believe were groomed for sex by paedophiles in the same seaside town before being murdered.

Charlene Downes, 14, disappeared in Blackpool on November 1 2003 amid claims that she was abused by up to 100 men and chopped up for kebab meat. Today, the 10th anniversary of her disappearance, Lancashire Police announced they have relaunched the investigation led by Superintendent Andy Webster and a team of specialist officers. The team will also concurrently investigate the disappearance of another local teenager, Paige Chivers, 15, who vanished in August 2007.

Police suspect she was groomed for sex and believe she was murdered, but her body has never been found. Officers have not ruled out a link between both cases with documents revealing there are around 100 'people of interest' they want to trace. Assistant Chief Constable Andy Rhodes said Lancashire Constabulary had never given up the search for either girl, but hoped the fresh investigation would jog people's memories.

'There is nothing evidentially that links these cases at present although we would never rule it out but as with Charlene, I would also ask people to remember Paige and, again, let us know if there's anything they have been keeping to themselves about what happened to her,' he said.

Mr Rhodes said he was certain someone had information that would help solve both cases.
'We know that people are more confident in coming forward to report historic information nowadays and this may be the case here,' he said.

'Charlene and Paige's friends, obviously just teenagers at the time they went missing, will now be grown up and may have their own children. I would hope they may be more confident now in coming forward and telling us what they may know. 'We appreciate that a considerable amount of time has passed since both Charlene and Paige went missing but we would still encourage anyone with information to come forward and speak to us as it could assist in our inquiries, and help bring the killer or killers to justice.'

Lancashire police and crime commissioner Clive Grunshaw said he had seen many cases where information years later resulted in successful prosecutions.

Mr Grunshaw specifically mentioned the case of former BBC presenter Stuart Hall, who was jailed for child sexual abuse against 14 girls between 1967 and 1985. 'I hope, in the cases of both Charlene and Paige, there is someone out there who now feels comfortable enough to come forward and tell the police what they know,' he said.

'Charlene and Paige's families have a right to know what happened to their children, and I would urge anyone who thinks they might know something - no matter how small - to take this opportunity and contact the police.'

Prosecutors in the 2007 trial of takeaway owner Iyad Albattikhi, accused and later acquitted of Charlene's death, claimed her body was chopped up and had 'gone into kebabs'. The court heard Charlene was one of a number of young white girls who gravitated to Blackpool's takeaways to have sex with older men.

Mr Albattikhi was formally cleared of Charlene's murder while co-defendant Mohammed Reveshi was acquitted of helping to dispose of her body. Both of the accused were later reported to have received six-figure compensation sums for false imprisonment.

Paige had also been linked to sex exploitation in the area.

Over the years, police have made four arrests on suspicion of Paige's murder but all have been freed without charge.

Gang Rape of a Minor in Pakistan

A minor girl was gang raped in Lahore, the capital of the Punjab province. After committing the heinous crime, the unknown culprits dumped the girl on the road in front of the Sir Ganga Ram hospital. The five years old, according to the hospital sources, was in critical condition when found. The minor was allegedly abducted from a poor neighborhood where her parents had earlier lodged an FIR at the local police station.

The news spread like wildfire and initiated a country-wide heated debate on Facebook and Twitter. The privately owned radio and television networks are transmitting hourly up dates of the case, while the official radio and televisions stations, in line with their tradition, have maintained a guarded approach towards the whole issue.

So far, four suspects have been re-arrested, after they had been released by the police earlier. They were re-arrested due to the pressure of civil rights activists and the private media. The Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) who carried on a cursory investigation and then released these suspects has been suspended for showing criminal negligence.

The President Mamoon Hussain, the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, in separate messages to the nation, have strongly condemned the incident and have assured the nation that the culprits would be caught and immediately handed out exemplary punishment.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry has taken suo motto action of the gang rape of the minor girl. The Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court has issued directives to the Punjab police department to carry out a thorough investigation into the matter and to apprehend the criminals, as soon as is possible.

This burning issue has also brought the opposition and the government together, on the same page, as this issue transcends all political divides. In the coming days, prayer meetings, vigils and rallies condemning the gang rape of the minor girl are planned throughout the length and breadth of Pakistan. Even the expatriates are planning protest rallies in the respective countries they live in.

This crime is an example of the erosion of traditional values in a conservative society like Pakistan. The internet is cited as one of the main causes of this decline in our ethical values because of the proliferation of web cafes where adolescent, teenagers as well as mature adults, view pornography unchecked and without any moral qualms.

In a conservative setup like Pakistan, it’s common for such crimes go unheard and unreported because of the fear instilled in the victims by the Hudood Laws. The Hudood laws were introduced in the 80’s by the military dictator and President of Pakistan, General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq in his quest to make Pakistan an ideal Islamic state.

Under these laws, in the case of rape, the eye witness testimony of two males or four females is required in order to prove the occurrence of the crime. These laws have been bitterly opposed by human rights organizations as a major cause of the rising incidences of rape in the society.

Whatever the case, the gang raped minor victim, though badly traumatized, is slowly recovering while the heads of the entire nation hang down in shame.

A Police Officer did this to a girl

Baltimore police officer charged with having sex with a minor

A Baltimore grand jury indicted a city police officer on Thursday on charges that he had a sexual relationship with a girl who was a minor, according to a statement by the Baltimore State's Attorney's Office.

The indictment charges Frederick Allen with two counts of sex abuse of a minor and a third degree sex offense for the sexual relationship between June 2005 and September 2006.

The officer has not been arrested and no arraignment date has been set, the statement said.

"Fred Allen's alleged actions are shameful and do a great disservice to the hard work of the men and women of the Baltimore Police Department," said Baltimore City Police Commissioner Anthony Batts, in a statement.

The state's attorney's office would not release any other details about the charges and did not answer questions about whether the alleged abuse occurred while Allen was on duty. The indictment said that Allen was supervising the minor when the abuse occurred.

Police officials said the department has moved to suspend Allen without pay.

Professor admits having sex with students

Pasadena City College porn professor Hugo Schwyzer admitted Thursday he had sex with students as recently as 2011 and as a result the college issued a statement saying it would open an immediate investigation into his conduct.

Schwyzer, who last semester taught a class titled “Navigating Porn' and invited adult stars James Deen and Jessica Drake to speak to students, made the admission on the Internet.

On Tuesday a woman who identified herself as a former PCC student in a blog post wrote about having sex with Schwyzer in his campus office in 2008. The former student said she knew of at least one other student who also had sex with Schwyzer, who has been dubbed the “Porn Professor'.

On his blog, Schwyzer said the claim had merit.

“Until recently, I maintained that I had stopped having sex with students enrolled in my classes in 1998,' he wrote. “That is not true; I started sleeping with students again in 2008, well before my psychiatric breakdown of earlier this year.

“I have no intention of naming names or of discussing numbers, save to say that the allegations (the student) makes are true and that I did indeed have sex with more than one adult student. There is no excuse for this behavior, and I do not expect anyone to defend it.'

In a statement issued late Thursday afternoon, PCC officials said the college would “act swiftly to conduct an investigation and hold Mr. Schwyzer accountable for his actions while an employee.'

On Graening's Facebook page, Cruff found what a police report describes as several posts about Graening's relationship with the teenager, including that they were in a complicated relationship and were engaged to be married.

During a police interview with Cruff, the 14-year-old told said she and Graening had been in a sexual relationship and that at one time she believed she was pregnant, according to the report.

A witness told Cruff he had been in a West Fargo hotel room with the girl and Graening when they were having sex.

Kris Jenner's Sex Tape With Bruce

We guess it runs in the family.

Kris Jenner managed to simultaneously horrify and amuse her family when she revealed that she and husband Bruce Jenner made a sex tape.

In a teaser clip for an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," Kris drops the bombshell on the family, after Bruce scolds Khloe for telling his 17-year-old daughter, Kendall, about the racy photos she recently took for her husband, Lamar, in which she posed in a latex catsuit.

"Uh Khloe, do you really think you should be having this conversation with a 17-year-old? I'm all for spicing up a relationship, but ..." Bruce says before he's interrupted by Kris, who asks, "You are?"

He continued, "I'm just saying, especially in this family, photos leaking, this and that, look at the problems it’s caused."

And that's when Kris revealed to her family, "Bruce and I did a video."

"Exercise video, honey,” an absolutely mortified-looking Bruce tried to claim, but Kris just wouldn't drop it.

“Bruce and I made a sex tape," Kris tells the whole family, who will now need more years of therapy than they already do.

At least Bruce claims that they erased it immediately, but we wouldn't be too surprised it that's the next "leaked" video scandal the family is facing.

One of the women called 911 to report a rape, but it was unclear if there were other witnesses to assist in the investigation. Detectives, at this point, do not have any suspects.

"I'm gonna to tell her to stay out of the park after dark -- or during the day," he said.

Sean Kingston Sued for Gang Rape

Sean Kingston has been sued by a woman who accuses the "Beautiful Girls" singer of gang raping her in 2010, TMZ reports.

Carissa Capeloto, now 22, claims in the lawsuit that Kingston, his bodyguard and a member of Kingston's band forced themselves on her at a Seattle hotel in July 2010. Before the alleged rape, Capeloto says she smoked pot and drank seven to 10 shots of vodka.

Capeloto says she was invited to Kingston's room for a meet-and-greet following a Justin Bieber concert that the singer had also performed at. But when she arrived at the hotel room, Kingston was allegedly waiting naked on the bed. According to the lawsuit, Kingston's bodyguard allegedly picked up Capeloto and placed her on top of Kingston. The three men then gang raped her while she was "obviously incapable of consent," the lawsuit says.

Capeloto's friend later entered the hotel room and retrieved her. They proceeded to call the police and took Capeloto to the hospital, where she says she was treated for injuries consistent with rape, according to the report.

Criminal charges against Kingston and the other two men were dropped in 2010 because police found Capeloto wasn't credible enough, TMZ says.

Capeloto says in the lawsuit that the incident ruined her life and that she can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks. She has sued all three men and is seeking a minimum of $5 million in damages. The trail is set for November.

Kingston responded with legal documents of his own, insisting the sex was consensual, according to TMZ.

Polish Woman, Wants To Have Sex With 100,000 Men

It's good to have a goal in life, but the one purportedly expressed by a woman in Warsaw, Poland, may be a stretch.

Ania Lisewska, 21, is allegedly attempting to travel to every city in the world so she can have sex with at least 100,000 men for 20 minutes each.

"I want men from Poland, Europe and all around the world. I love sex, fun and men," she said, according to the Austrian Times. "In Poland the subject of sex is still taboo and anyone who wants to fulfill their sexual fantasies is considered a deviant, a whore or mentally ill."

The supposed sex marathon allegedly began last month in Warsaw, according to her Facebook page, and she hopes to have her way across Poland before moving to other countries.

So far, she's had sex with 284 men, according to Fakt.pl and didn't let the fact she has a serious boyfriend stop her.

He told the Polish language website he was "not thrilled" with her unusual hobby, but had no choice and "had to come to terms" with it.

Her Facebook page currently only has slightly more than 9,000 likes, but Lisewska is allegedly attempting to attract potential partners by setting up a website where they can register and kept apprised of her current activities.

The story raises eyebrows for a number of reasons. First, Lisewska's website isn't working properly except for the front page.

In addition, she has not responded to media requests.
Then there is the nature of the quest itself. Having sex with 100,000 people for 20 minutes each would take a person more than 3.8 years -- and that's only if they went at it day and night without breaks for sleep, food or personal hygiene.
Lisewska claims she is planning her sexual encounters to take place on weekends, which would stretch out the time frame considerably -- up to nearly 20 years, according to one Polish website.

Another reason to be skeptical: Many of the media stories about Lisewska suggest she is attempting to get her erotic efforts recognized by Guinness World Records. The organization has never adjudicated sexually-oriented records.
Lisewska is now claiming to be the victim of foul play on her Facebook page. She claims it was hacked by someone who posted she had AIDS, which she denied by posting test results on the page.

But even if Lisewska is on the level and her motives are pure as the driven snow, the stories of guys who've been ripped off by "women" claiming to offer free sex are legion.

Sometimes, they're not even women, like Nazario Cruz and Jose Urias, who were arrested earlier this month for allegedly pretending to be a young woman whose fantasy was to have sex while rolling around in cold hard cash. The deceptive duo allegedly arranged to meet the guys and would then rob them.

Dad rapes girl in church tent

A 47-year-old Cape Town man was arrested for allegedly raping his daughter in a church tent, according to a report on Thursday. The Mitchells Plain man, who was an employee of the church, and his friend allegedly raped his seven-year-old child in the tent at the Hosanna Ministries Church in New Woodlands.

"The Mitchells Plain Family violence, Child protection and Sexual offences unit is investigating an alleged rape of a minor," said police spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk.

"The alleged rape occurred in New Woodlands. A 47-year-old man was arrested and the accused appeared in the Mitchells Plain Magistrate Court on August 16," said Van Wyk.

According to IOL, the girl's mother was thought to be drunk when the incident took place.

The mother denied this, and said that her husband was innocent.

"I know nothing about this because she told me nothing," she said, according to The Daily Voice.

"I was on my way home from work when people in the street told me my husband was assaulted because he touched my daughter.

"I can't believe my husband would do something like that because I will not allow it. He is not that kind of man," she said.

Montana teacher gets 30 days in jail in rape of 14-year-old student

A mother in Montana is outraged that a high school teacher who admitted raping her 14-year-old daughter received only a month in prison, while her daughter took her own life.

"I think this sentence is a joke, a travesty," the mother, Auliea Hanlon, told CNN on Tuesday night, a day after the sentencing.

"People will lose faith in our justice system. I have."

Hanlon said she was particularly upset that the sentencing judge, G. Todd Baugh, said her daughter "seemed older than her chronological age" and was "as much in control of the situation" as the teacher.

Baugh later acknowledged to CNN that "that was not the best choice of words."

Case details

The case began in 2008 when the teen was a student at Billings Senior High School and Stacey Dean Rambold was a teacher. She was 14 at the time; he was 49.

Hanlon claims Rambold's "pre-sexual grooming" of her daughter led to the pair having sex.

School officials learned of the relationship, and Rambold resigned.

Later that year, authorities charged Rambold with three counts of sexual intercourse without consent.

"It's not probably the kind of rape most people think about," Baugh said. "It was not a violent, forcible, beat-the-victim rape, like you see in the movies. But it was nonetheless a rape. It was a troubled young girl, and he was a teacher. And this should not have occurred."

As the case wound its way through the legal system, the girl committed suicide. She was a few weeks shy of her 17th birthday.

"As a result of the sexual assault and its aftermath, (the teen) experienced severe emotional distress, humiliation and embarrassment and fell into irreversible depression that tragically led to her taking her own life on February 6, 2010," Hanlon said in a complaint filed against Rambold.

Hanlon told CNN the relationship was to blame for her daughter's death.

"Well it definitely had something to do with it," she said. "A teenager's whole life is about school and their friends, and he turned everyone against her."

The agreement

With the teen's death, the prosecution entered into what is known as a "deferred prosecution agreement" with Rambold.

This meant that all charges against Rambold would be dismissed if he completed a sex offender treatment program and met other requirements. One of them was to have no contact with children.

Rambold admitted to one of the rape charges.

But Rambold fell short of the agreement.

"He had some contacts with nieces and nephews in a family setting and other adults were present," Baugh said.

He also had relationships with women that he didn't tell his counselors about.

"That is a violation from his deferred prosecution so he was dropped from the plan."

As a result, the case was revived in December 2012.

The hearing

At a hearing Monday, prosecutors asked the judge to send Rambold away for 20 years.

The defense argued that Rambold has suffered enough. His lawyers said he lost his career and his marriage and has the "scarlet letter of the Internet" due to the publicity surrounding the case, the Billings Gazette reported.

Baugh ruled that Rambold's infractions weren't serious enough.

"He made some violations of his treatment program," he said. "They were more technical and not the kind you would send someone to prison for."

He sentenced Rambold to 15 years in prison. Then, he suspended all but 31 days of the sentence, according to the Yellowstone County District Court.

In addition, the judge gave him credit for one day he spent in jail.

Incredulous at what had happened, Hanlon shouted at the court, "You people suck."

"She wasn't even old enough to get a driver's license," Hanlon said in a statement released by her attorney. "But Judge Baugh, who never met our daughter, justified the paltry sentence saying she was older than her chronological age. I guess somehow it makes a rape more acceptable if you blame the victim, even if she was only 14."

Baugh defended his ruling. He told CNN he believes Rambold is "treatable" and a "low risk to re-offend."

Two videotaped interviews with the teenager -- one with the police department and one with the defense attorney -- were played in court, he said.

"She seemed older than her chronological age," he said. "Basically what we had was a troubled young girl."

He added, "I simply did not have the evidence to conclude that her taking her life was because of her sexual offense by Mr. Rambold."

The Montana Organization of Women started a petition calling on the judge to resign.

"It's outlandish in a way that I cannot describe," HLN's Drew Pinsky told CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront." "It' is the most outlandish thing that I've ever heard of."

Men who faces child porn charges

A Voorhees man has pleaded guilty to distributing child pornography online from a large collection of photos and videos found in his laptop — including images of children being raped.

The man also allegedly posted more than 1,000 photographs he took of two young girls on a foreign website and asked users to Photoshop the girls into images of child pornography, authorities said.

Six other men have been arrested as a result of this investigation.

Daniel Allen Jr., 23, pleaded guilty Monday in Superior Court in Camden to solicitation of the manufacture of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, and endangering the welfare of a child, said authorities.

Under a plea agreement, the state will recommend Allen be sentenced to seven years in state prison. He will have to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law and will be subject to parole supervision for life. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 13.

Since Allen was arrested last year, the state Division of Criminal Justice and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations have continued a joint investigation into users of the foreign website who have communicated with Allen.

As a result, officials have referred more than 60 investigative leads to law enforcement in this country and more than 40 leads in foreign countries.

In the U.S., the investigation led to the arrests of six more men — one in New Jersey and five in other states — who allegedly traded child pornography with Allen and, in one case, manufactured child porn using the photos Allen took.

Allen was arrested at his home on Shingle Oak Drive on Aug. 11, 2012. His computer allegedly contained approximately 15,000 still photos and about 200 videos, all of child porn, authorities said. Some of the pictures and videos depicted prepubescent children being tortured and raped.

After Allen’s arrest, his email account continued to receive emails with child porn and discussions of a desire to molest children, said authorities. These emails generated leads that led to the arrest of Todd Gregory Nichols, 43, of Williamstown; James Goelz, 76, of Wheatland, Wy.; Gary Mitchell Luxenberg, 69, of Garland, Texas; Christopher James Vesper, 33, of Bracey, Va.; John Scarano, 42, of Royerstown, Pa.; and Tyler Andrew Smith, 23, of Ponce Inlet, Fla.

Nichols, of Williamstown, was arrested in January. He allegedly sent child porn images to Allen’s email account. He allegedly told Allen that he photographs young girls in his neighborhood, authorities said. He faces charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.

If you have information about the distribution of child pornography on the Internet or suspect improper contact by unknown persons communicating with children via the Internet or possible exploitation or sexual abuse of children, please contact the New Jersey Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Tipline at 1-888-648-6007.
